    We have established long and friendly cooperation relations with the shipping company. Their rich experience to ship your products will make the goods exported 100% go through the customs and complete your exported procedures.This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use expedited shipping will receive a 36% discount on shipping costs.We also have Expedited options available for most items, which means your order will arrive 3 or 4 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

  Shipping Guide:

1.Most order ship within 24 hours. After execute an order, we will send tracking number by e-mail, and providing inquiry addresses. 

2.Shipping fee is for per order, no matter how many items you purchase in your order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.If your orders over $69 will be shipped for free .Shipping costs reflected on the chart do not include customs brokerage fees and other related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping fees.Shipping fee is for per order, no matter how many items you purchase in your order. 3.The tracking No. of your Parcel will be sent to you after your order is dispatched. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online until the order comes to your country. Please be patiently!

4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.

Note: APO/FPO addresses are not accepted.

5. Your order will be shipped in a small cardboard carton to make sure your order is protected from damage during transit. We use great care to ensure that your order is received in perfect condition!

     As we all know, the international shipping time is always out of control, especially the customs process is much more complex and unpredictable. Sometimes it takes a few more weeks to clear goods from customs. Therefore, please prepare for all situations we might meet.

    We are very sorry for any delayed shipping. But we make every effort to supply the fastest shipping. We will send you the updated status to your registered email. Your understanding and patience is much appreciated. We will keep tracking the shipping status, and try our best to resolve the problems that caused by this unexpected issue. Shipping Delay Reasons:

1. Holiday: all the shipping service will not be available and may cause the shipping delay for several days

2. Natural Disasters: airlines to your country have been cancelled, and many airports were closed either, which directly caused the shipping delay

3. Stricter Screening by the Customs: the shipping time to you will be longer than normal
Order Tracking:

After your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order's tracking number.

 

Return

How to Return an Order:

 All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date

    To return an item, Please contact with our Customer Service via Email firstly, they will guide you how to do. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus some interrelated fees, like a $10 of restocking fee and shipping cost.

Return Condition:
1. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
2. Items should be returned in the packaging as delivered to you.

Disclaimer:
1. Slight difference in color. (Lighting of the picture may make the item appear a different shade of color)
2. Customers are no longer interested in their Jewelry. (All the items are coming from our oversea warehouse, shipping company charges big fee for return shipping).

Missing item or get wrong item

   When you get the package. If you find there are some items missing from your order or we sent you incorrect items, please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 2 days after receipt of package. We will investigate the case when we get your email. If the case is true, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item).

Get damaged items, DOA(dead on arrival)

   When you (buyer) get the package. If you find the item is damaged(cracked) in appearance, immediately contact the carrier and us. If the item does not work(DOA), please take photos of the item including warranty label and send us the photos by email, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of package. Once the case is clarified, we will resend you a good item. Sometimes for DOA item, you may be requested to return it.

Return postage

   If you get the missing item, wrong item, we will afford the return postage(from your country to our company), your return postage will be paid by coupon(not refund) which can be used on your next order. We do not pay the return postage of packages which do not meet our policy or agreement.

For Domestic Orders Only

  We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date when you got your package. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

Final Sale and Special Order items can’t be returned

   That said, exchanges are definitely possible for items of the same value or less with the price difference refunded. For an exchange of a higher valued item, customers are responsible for the price difference. We don’t need a Return Authorization Number to process a return or exchange. Just follow the instructions below for a hassle-free return experience.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Bling Jewelry reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
